Andrew Dowell is Asia Editor for The Wall Street Journal. He relocated from New York, where he was Deputy Financial Editor helping oversee the Money & Investing section of the paper. Before that, he was Corporate Bureau Chief running coverage of everything from retail and consumer products to telecom and big industrials. Mr. Dowell joined Dow Jones as a stringer in Cairo, Egypt, and lived there for six years. He graduated with a history degree from Emory University.
