Mr. Felix Lio is a serial entrepreneur, investing in early growth-oriented innovative technology companies with years of entrepreneurial and investment experience. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor degree in computer science. He is a member of the Young Entrepreneur Committee 2021-23 of HKBU Foundation.
