Please pay a refundable deposit of HK$200 in cash at the Career Centre in person on or before 21 September 2026, during the following hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), 9:30 am–12:45 pm and 2:00 pm–5:30 pm*. The deposit will be refunded upon completion of the visit and its questionnaire.

This visit is exclusively for full-time UGC-funded undergraduate students. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to students who pay the deposit first.

Applicants who fail to pay the deposit on time will be deemed unsuccessful in their registration.

Career Centre: WLB402, Level 4, The Wing Lung Bank Building for Business Studies, Shaw Campus.

*When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or “extreme conditions” are in effect, please do not visit the Career Centre.
