從學習到就業：就業能力和職業發展 (From University to Workplace: Employability and Career Development)

簡介

蕭銳坤先生除了是本屆香港浸會大學社會學系校友會主席外，現職是歐化藥業限公司助理人力資源經理。蕭銳坤在2004年於香港浸會大學社會科學學院的中國研究課程（社會學專業）畢業。之後大學畢業後即從事人力資源管理工作，期間曾進修多項人力資源管理、職業輔導及心理學的證書。蕭銳坤除了從事人力資源管理工作外，曾從事社區服務工作，對面試技巧、自我推銷、人際關係、潛能發展及職場工作態度等均有豐富經驗及心得。蕭銳坤2013年完成人力資源管理碩士課程，並已取得該碩士學位。

Biographical note

Mr. Cyrus Siu is the President of HKBU Sociology Alumni Association, 2018-2019, and is currently working as the Assistant Human Resources Manager at Europharm Laboratories Company Limited. Mr. Siu graduated with the Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in China Studies – Sociology Option at HKBU in 2004. After graduation, Mr. Siu has been working in the field of Human Resources Management and awarded certificates in relation to Personnel and Administration Management, EQ and Psychology Consultation. He has also worked in the Community Service sector. Mr. Siu has rich experiences in staff recruitment, training and development, that allow him to develop insights into job interview skills, self-promotion, interpersonal relationships, development of individual capacity, and positive work attitudes. Mr. Siu obtained the Master degree in Human Resource Management in 2013.
