DISCOVERY Series 2020-21
The experiential workshop will introduce participants simple techniques to practice relaxation and awareness exercises. Instruction is suited to those with or without other mindfulness experience. At the end of the workshop, one could enhance the awareness of the present and learn to relax one's body and mind.
