In this workshop, Cheryl is going to share her personal experience on how travel, yoga and mindfulness practices guide her through life challenges; reform outlook on her life; improve overall well-being physically, emotionally and mentally; and be confident in in her own body and shine with authenticity to the world.
Apart from sharing her own experience on her self- development quest during her extended travel in Italy, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam and other countries, Cheryl will also share practical ways to tune in with your body and thoughts, to gain clarity, and to cultivate calmness and a peace of mind.
Cheryl is a HKBU graduate, yoga instructor, dance meditation facilitator, traveler, 70% vegan and ponderer in life. Her curiosity brought her on the road, and started backpacking since university. She found meditation and yoga when she was searching her ways through the “quarter-life crisis” a few years ago. Now her life motto is to live fully through making conscious choices honestly and respectfully to herself and others.
