Activity Description:
Every year, the University organises the Convocation to welcome new students. The Convocation ceremony marks an important tradition of the University to celebrate the beginning of the academic year. All new students are encouraged to attend the ceremony. At the Convocation, the President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Alexander Ping-kong WAI, is going to give a welcoming address to new students. Students will be presented with an overview of the mission and vision of the University and its unique campus life. Don't miss this opportunity to meet new friends and know more about the University!
Registration Description:

Students should dress in their academic gowns to attend the Convocation. Students who have successfully registered for the event will receive an acknowledgment message and confirmation email. Please show the message or email to the gown collections counter to collect the gown within 3 days after registration. Gown will be available to collect from 15 Aug to 26 Aug 2024.

Location 1: Campus Life and Amenities (CLA) counter, Room 401, Level 4, The Wing Lung Bank Building for Business Studies, Shaw Campus

(Collection Time: Monday to Friday :  9:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:30pm, Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
