政府推出簡樸房規管制度，致力提升劏房住戶的居住環境。另一方面，「社區客廳」這個項目亦為劏房住戶打造一個溫暖的共享空間，讓蝸居家庭能走出狹小居所，在開放環境中休息交流。

是次講座，九龍樂善堂將深入介紹「社區客廳」，分享如何透過多元化的服務來緩解基層社群的壓力。同時，我們將分析「不適切居所」的現狀，攜手為弱勢社群創造一個更宜居的未來。

The government has implemented a Basic Housing Unit Regulatory Regime aimed at improving the living conditions of sub-divided units. On another front, the "Community Living Room" project is designed to create a warm shared space for these residents, allowing families living in cramped quarters to step out of their small homes and relax and interact in an open environment.

In this seminar, the Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon will provide an in-depth introduction to the Community Living Room. They will share how it can alleviate pressure on grassroots communities and analyze the current situation and definition of "inadequate housing," working together to create a more livable future for the disadvantaged.
