The workshop will cover:
- Building internal buy-in: clearly communicate the value and necessity of marketing to colleagues and secure their support.
- Defining and segmenting target audiences, including service users, with precision.
- User scenario analysis: identify contexts where audiences are most likely to resonate with your content and take action (e.g., donate or participate), strengthening your organization’s brand influence.

No prior experience required; ideal for students interested in marketing, communications, or social impact.
