Service in a fun and engaging way!

Discover the power of "exercise snacks" — short, manageable bursts of movement designed to fit effortlessly into the daily routines of older adults. As a volunteer, you will join elderly individuals from ethnic minorities in activities that combine light exercise with assessments to evaluate muscle health, alongside targeted health education to support their overall well-being.

With guidance from a professional trainer, volunteers will support elderly participants in gentle exercises and assist with muscle health checks —making a real difference in their wellbeing.

Eligibility: UGC-funded local and non-local undergraduate students who would like to promote fitness among elderly individuals from ethnic minorities.
