Every year, the University organises the Convocation to welcome new students. The Convocation ceremony marks an important tradition of the University to celebrate the beginning of the academic year. All new students are encouraged to attend the ceremony. At the Convocation, the President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Alexander Ping-kong WAI, is going to give a welcoming address to new students.
