[CCL] Discover with Peers: The Flow — Yoga & Meditation (Sep - Nov 2026)

Build flexibility and strength, and cultivate mindfulness in this all-levels Vinyasa yoga class. Each session includes breathing exercises, mindful movement, and a short guided meditation to help you slow down. You'll be offered pose variations for both beginners and those seeking more challenge.

Classes are designed so you can join anytime—each session stands alone, while regular practice helps build consistency and progress.

Whether you want to unwind, get stronger, or simply take time for yourself, classes are designed for you leaving feeling refreshed and balanced in body and mind. No experience is needed—just wear comfortable clothes and come ready to move.

About the instructor: Cheryl

Since 2017, Cheryl has been teaching yoga and mindfulness across Hong Kong and Vietnam, working with yoga studios, corporate clients, schools and NGOs.

With a trauma-informed approach, Cheryl creates welcoming and accessible classes that encourage mindfulness and self-care. Her intention is to support each student in feeling safe, present, and empowered in their own body.
