Activity Description:
Dive deeper into the healing pillars of Ayurveda, a 3,000-year-old herbal medicine system of India.
This workshop offers an insight to Ayurveda’s inevitable principles and practices. You’ll explore core concepts of healing and balance, such as agni (digestive fire), ojas (vital essence), and the mind–body connection, alongside discussions of how modern scientific perspectives relate to Ayurvedic theory and its applications today.

Registration Description:
1. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email from Cultural Literacy (LIVE).
2. Successful applicants are required to submit an HK$100 deposit to the LIVE Office, located in Room WLB301. UGC students are eligible for a deposit refund after participating in the event and completing the survey.
3. Co-Curricular Learning (CCL) recognised, except for students of CHEM4085.
